Missing or Broken Parts?

Oh no, you're putting together your beautiful acrylic model, and a crucial part is missing, wrong, or broken! Maybe we screwed up, or maybe you did, either way, we want to solve the problem as much as you do.

Please email me at theodore@theodoregray.com with details of exactly what's wrong. If it's hard to describe which part is the problem, feel free to include a photo. We will send you any necessary replacement parts immediately (even if it's your dog's fault that you need a new one).
